This is an apology to people looking for our inventory list for Moonwalker.
Here's my excuse...
Moonwalker adverting has created a lot of interest and correspondence, also I am still going through the job list after the refit. The Waitangi to Whangaroa race was a bit of a shake down cruise for the boat, settle her rig back in and make sure things were good.You never finish all your jobs before you leave the hard.
All of my girls spent 3 days with me onboard in Whangaroa. 1st time as a Family. Check the fotos. I then had a nice solo sail back down the coast to the Bay.
We have had a couple of open boat sessions for 2 groups of people but they were more interested in learning how to sail offshore cats than buying Moonwalker, thats fine, I like talking cats and sail.
We are currently keeping an eye on the forecast for a trip down to Great Barrier Island. It's sort of on the bucket list before Moonwalker sells and also the first coastal with both kids. If its not looking good we will just have to spend some time around the Bay of Islands...what a shame ; )
By the way, we sold the tent that Moonwalker was refitted in, it worked great and sold well.
So really we are just in the middle of summer, busy running around and trying to use the boat as much as we can while we still have her.
